I have dealt with many automotive repair shops over the years, but I must say that Barry Henderson's customer service skills make Midlothian Firestone my favorite. Barry has been like a partner when it comes to keeping my vehicles running. The news is not always good, but the method in which he handles the issues and the advice that he gives makes a customer feel that they are not being taken for granted and that that they are valued. When there have been questions about a charge or a repair, Barry has always given me a fair shake. This has NOT been the normal experience with other repair shops.
