Steer clear of American Transmission and Max. They replaced the transmission on my Nissan Pathfinder and it went out again less than 3 months later. Max then agrees to pay for my rental while he fixed his mistakes. Then he disputes the credit card charges for the rental even though I have documentation and a voicemail saying he would pay for it! I would be happy to share that documentation if it would keep you from using the con artist. I don’t want anyone to have to deal with what I went through as a single mom. Max is very dishonest and unless you want your transmission going out 3 months after they replace it, I’d take your business elsewhere.
