I brought my explorer in cause it was running hot. In the process of fixing the thermostat they shorted my alternator. They drained the radiator fluid they got wires wet they they neglected to notice before starting the job. I now have to buy a new alternator and have it installed. I don’t think i will go back here. As a customer I am bringing them the work to fix the problem cause I am not the mechanic . This is a pathetic situation.
