AWEFUL!!!

AWEFUL!!!!!
Had $250.00 put down toward a new top and an appt. set up for 9A.M.. Arrived on time and Phillip from Ace Auto was nowhere around. We waited 15min. and still never showed. Finally, we had to leave because my husband had to get back to work. Called Phillip up and we said we would just try and do the top ourselves since we had to cancel appts and go into work late to make this time workout which we had set up for a week prior. He got all mad and said he was keeping the $250 for his time. He didn't spend any time on anything other than to drive 5 min. to our house to look at the top which he offered to do himself and now wants to hold it against us. This was even before we decided to go with him. We bought the top ourselves online and so he didn't have to buy any supplies for that. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM OR ACE AUTO to anyone!!!!!! He can't keep the $250 this is stealing!!!
