Know your mechanic

Frank, James, and the guy who drives the old Ford Crown Victoria, are good mechanics but unfortunately you get one of their new hires who got under the background check and they'll screw up your car big time. Even more unfortunate is Frank and James have to back up the new hire or else they'll look bad. And believe me they've made some BAD hires! Their judgement in hiring is getting worse and that's probably due to age. If Frank, James or the guy with the old Ford can't work on your car, RUN!
