Substandard Service
MY 2008 BMW had a breakdown on the interstate a few blocks from Doc's Garage in mid February 2021. After contacting the garage, my car was towed there for repair. After a week in the shop, near daily phone calls and some repairs performed, I was told that the car needed a complete engine rebuild or replacement. I agreed to proceed. Then my phone call and text messages stopped being answered. Now it is September 2021 and my car still has not been touched as far as I know. My emails, texts and calls are not answered. At one time, I asked the Lexington Police department check to see that the car was still there. Totally unprofessional. If they do not want to do the job, they should have the decency to tell me! Complaint to Better Business Bureau to follow.
