Horrible at callback on service rendered 5 months ago. They promised warranty, but didn’t keep their word.

I was very pleased with service for a clutch replacement on my Focus 2014. On the other hand, the horn in my car wasn’t working, they fixed it and 5 months later it stopped working again. I was treated very badly being told that they can only look at it 1 month from now and that I would have to leave the car. No loaners available. They wouldn’t even promise to look at on the same day. To me this should be a callback on a service rendered. Very disappointed. Would not recommend them, they didn’t meet my expectations.
