Do Not Use!
I just don't know what to say about this place. I went against my better judgement and used them because my insurance has them as an in network shop.They had my vehicle for over two months and every time I called it was a different story. The one excuse I love is, "If I can keep my guys focused it should be ready in a week". That one week turned into 3 easily. I dropped my vehicle off with a little over 3/4 of a tank of fuel and picked it up with less than a 1/4. My insurance paid for a new wheel but of course I didn't get it. But the final straw was finding a rat in my dash. It died and with this summer heat began to smell quite bad. After tearing my truck apart and cleaning maggots I have my truck back, minus a scratched wheel and new vibration noises when bumps are hit. I have been a diesel mechanic for 26 years and could never imagine treating a customer like this. I will keep my thoughts to myself but after this incident I strongly urge people to pay the premium price elsewhere because this pace should be shut down or stick to towing. A fucking rat!!!!!!!
