If u are ever stranded, I pray you will have a better experience than kids arguing, a baby screaming,make sure your kids are asleep while you work and also, Input my call. We sat on the side of the Interstate with an eta of 2hours. No one ever showed up. No one answered my call I called 6 times between 1-7 am. So unprofessional and rude. She literally told me she would charge our company (we spend a lot of money with this company) for not coming out and hung up. Sure enough, our company received the bill for 6 hours labor and tires, parts, and removal. Our company serves a vital part in your company I’m sure but the girl with baby issues and kids cursing slipped and didn’t hang the phone up. Luckily we recorded and will proceed to get the bill out to $0 and be happy to play your message for all. She slipped when she said “He don’t need dis money, pass it to me” STAY AWAY!!! These women are ruthless, rude, and by the sounds of things, don’t care about themselves, much less a company we have used for years. Mr Hubbard obviously allows employees to run the company as they see fit. A bunch of backroad inbred who charge you for NOTHING. This was last month and we will now sit all night just to have a pleasant voice and experience.
