2 alignments in less then 72hrs
We brought our truck in to get an alignment and had to bring truck back not even two days later to get another alignment because the first was done incorrectly and come to find out so was the second. The alignment was done incorrectly and the front tires bowed in to where it messed up our caliber and locked our front brakes up. We found all this out from another local body shop that asked where we got our alignment done so we went back to Rays and told them what happened and their response was the guy that did our alignment is no longer there but thx for telling us. No offer to fix what they messed up so now we need new brakes, new caliber, new router along with new front tires...I personally would not recommend this place to
